Due to the events related to Covid-19, we would like to inform you that our hotel and restaurant are open and comply with FOPH guidelines.
In order to guarantee an optimal quality and the health of all during your stay, the booking conditions for your stay are as follows during this exceptional period :
- Our reception is open from Monday to Thursday inclusive from 6.30am to 11pm. Friday from 6.30am to 12pm.
- The hotel is closed from Friday noon to Monday morning.
- For any arrival outside these hours, please contact +41 21 805 44 00 so that our team can give you instructions from C/I. Your key will be available in a keybox at the entrance of the hotel.
- Breakfast (pastries, fruit, coffee, tea, fruit juice) is served by the staff from 7am to 9.30am Tuesday to Friday inclusive and is also available for take away.
- The cleaning will be done only at the departure of the client
- Please also note that we encourage payment by credit card for hygienic reasons.
Our restaurant will be closed from December 27th.
