Our Chef
Born in the South of France, our Chef has worked in the kitchens of the Pourcel brothers but also with several Meilleurs Ouvriers de France (Didier Anies, Serge Chenet) as well as in several palaces such as the Grand Hôtel du Cap Ferrat and the Hôtel des 3 couronnes in Vevey with Chef Lionel Rodriguez.
Starting with cuisine that respects the seasons and the ecological footprint, he defines his cuisine as gourmet and inventive.
